Leading Insight is a management consultancy that want to extend their professionals services from B2B directly to consumers, by creating an on-demand learning platform for Australian Public Service.
View PrototypeWe were tasked to research, strategise and design an on-demand-learning experience, to help Australian public servants up-skill, advance in their careers, and achieve their professional goals.
Through user research (interviews and synthesis, surveys and competitor analysis), four key themes were identified and translated into actionable questions.
1. How might we communicate that what Leading Insight has to offer, will fit their career advancement goals?
2. How might we convince potential users that Leading Insight is a trustworthy and credible brand?
3. How might we provide users the ability to customise our courses to fit their needs (cost, time, format)?
4. How might we offer a solution that is unique in the current market?

The flagship idea Build Your Own Course utilises industry first unique drag and drop feature. Users can now interact and visually build a course based on their personal needs; skills, time, and learning style.
Created a video to help communicate the product vision and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing the product's key features and benefits.
Developed an efficient search function so users can quickly find what they are looking for.
Adopted 80% of the existing design system. New branding was developed for the remaining 20% to differentiate the B2C side of the business. Established clear brand direction, aligning visual elements, tone of voice, and photography to convey trust and credibility, with a personable touch.
A very happy client received his on-demand learning website through high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, with additional features like a simplified purchase approval process, provided social proof through testimonials, prominently showcased instructor's expertise, and much more.
