Sunshine Pharmacy

Sunshine Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy serving the local community, particularly immigrant and refugee families, as well as disabled and rehab patients. The pharmacy offers a range of products and services, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and support aids. Its brand philosophy centres on hope, opportunity, and well-being, emphasising compassionate and accessible healthcare.

The Opportunity

Sunshine Pharmacy is a newly established pharmacy seeking to create a strong, memorable brand identity. By developing a cohesive visual language, the pharmacy aims to attract customers and establish itself as a trusted healthcare provider. A well-crafted brand will not only differentiate Sunshine Pharmacy from competitors but also foster a sense of community and loyalty among its customers.

The Brand

After analysing Sunshine Pharmacy’s mission, values, target market, and USP, I researched the industry and presented three logo and brand concepts. The challenge was creating a memorable brand for a diverse customer base. Through A/B testing and feedback, the final logo and brand direction were chosen by the pharmacy team.

The Rollout

The chosen logo concept and brand direction was then fleshed out further into a Brand Style Guide, and was rolled out to stationery, marketing collateral and store signage. Making tweaks along the the way, as we received further feedback from the target market and industry professionals, ensuring that the brand was relevant, engaging and aligned with Sunshine Pharmacy's brand strategy.

The Outcome

Sunshine Pharmacy's new brand has given the pharmacy a fresh new look that resonates with its target market. The new logo, colours, and messaging feel friendly and inviting, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. This new brand has helped Sunshine Pharmacy stand out from the competition and position itself as a trusted source of healthcare information and services, empowering its customers to take control of their health and well-being.
